Life is full of highs and lows. We need friends to celebrate the highs with and friends to walk with us through the lows. We aren’t perfect but we're family. Our ultimate hope is Jesus Christ. We believe following Jesus is the only way to the most fulfilling life possible. It isn't easy. It doesn't always make sense. But in the end, Jesus is the only thing worth following. Whether you believe that or not, you are welcome. You belong here even if you don't believe.
Refuge is the youth ministry of First Baptist Church, Jefferson City, Missouri. We create environments and build relationships to encourage and equip young people in grades 6-12 to pursue intimacy with God, community with believers, and influence with others.
